Shipments

 

Mad in Italy ships worldwide. In Italy and the United States it is only possible to purchase sunglasses. For our optical frames we refer to our local partners that can be found through our store-locator.

Mad in Italy offers its customers free shipping for orders and returns. If the customer needs a faster shipment, Express delivery can be requested at a cost of Euro 15.

Mad in Italy is not responsible for any customs duties applied to products from the countries of destination.


Mad in Italy orders are processed within 72 hours of confirmation. During weekends, holidays, special sales promotions and trade fairs, the order processing time could be longer.
Shipping times are calculated from the moment the order is actually shipped. The customer will receive the shipping confirmation and the tracking number.

 

Mad in Italy is not responsible for any delay caused by bad weather or other conditions/circumstances beyond the control of Mad in Italy itself.

 Orders cannot be sent to mailboxes.

The product is sent to the address specified by the customer at the time of the order. The customer must ensure that the address provided is reachable during working hours. In case of incomplete or incorrect address or information, Mad in Italy will not be responsible for failed delivery, or any delays.

 

Returns

 

The customer can return the product purchased no later than 14 days after delivery. The shipment of returns is free of charge.

 

Mad in Italy will make a change of goods or a refund under these conditions:

 

-  The product was purchased from: www.madinitaly.com;

-  The product must be in its original condition;

-  The product must not have been used or worn;

-  The product must not have been scratched or damaged in any way;

-  All original packaging must be intact (case, piece, box, cardboard);

-  The product must be returned with a copy of the original documentation (invoice, confirmation of payment).

If the returned product does not meet these requests, Mad in Italy reserves the right not to accept the product/s.

If you have requested a refund, Mad in Italy will process it once the product is received.
